"We have dined here periodically for years. The Red Berry Sangria just keeps pulling us back. And the food, while a chain, is solidly good and consistent. We usually eat in the bar area. If the weather is suitable, the doors slide open to the outside in the bar area. The bar area also has a few 2-person tables outside beyond the doors, if the doors are open. The service is a mixed bag. The last time we ate there on a Friday, the bartender was our server. We couldn't get water, napkins, or utensils from him to save our lives. We had to ask 2 or 3 times for all of those things. He was terrible! We would have probably had another round of drinks if he had asked at the right time. I was getting angry. I think he sensed it because he was suddenly aware of us and more attentive when it was time to give us the bill. I was surprised when my spouse gave him a big tip, more than 15%."
