Eddie V's Prime Seafood

"Came in with my mom to finally try the famous crab fried rice at Eddie V's since we had some time to kill -- and wow, this place exceeded expectations. The atmosphere is definitely upscale and beautiful inside, and honestly we weren't exactly dressed for a fancy night out, but from the moment we walked in we were treated with nothing but kindness. We were warmly greeted at the front and escorted over to the bar where Jace and Rudy immediately made us feel welcome. You can tell Eddie V's is a forward-focused, solutions-based environment where the staff genuinely cares about the experience they create for people. There's a professionalism to the service, but it still feels warm, relaxed, and authentic. The crab fried rice absolutely lives up to the hype -- flavorful, rich, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. But what really stood out was the energy and hospitality. Genuine smiles, great conversation, live music, amazing food... it turned into one of those unexpectedly memorable experiences. If you stop by, grab a seat at the bar with Jace and Raul. Good people, good vibes, live music, and incredible food. We'll definitely be back."

"We had such a great time at Eddie V! Our server Moises was kind and very nice! He had us cracking up the whole night. Food was delicious!!! Highly recommend!!! He even gave us a little dessert on the house to celebration!🎉"

"Eddie V's is a superb restaurant where we had an amazing dining experience! The food was fantastic, and the lively atmosphere made it even better. The staff were magnificent and truly looked after us, adding a personal touch to our meal. It’s important to note that the place was very busy, so it’s a good idea to book ahead to secure a table. There’s also plenty of parking available around the back, which is convenient. Overall, we had a delightful time at Eddie V's and highly recommend it!"
