The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert

"Amazing experience from check in to check out: Very warm welcome from Megan and Rebecca as we arrived. It was our first time here, so we had a few questions : ) Amenities were really good: clean room, full kitchen, even a laundry pair. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in… miss that! The pool experiences have something for everyone, too: Slides for the kids (and adults… who wouldn't want to hit the slide???), plenty of spots to relax, and shoutout to Joe at the main pool bar who really knows his stuff. Best margarita I’ve ever had (thank you, Joe!)!"

"Felt very welcomed the Moment I walked through the doors to register for my stay. I was offered lemonade or a sangria I definitely got a lemonade since it was very hot! Walked up and registered with the front desk I believe her name was Rebecca very sweet. Got me registered and on my way to my Villa which was a one bedroom. It was beautiful. Had a kitchen a living room and eating area. The bathroom was huge with the tub and shower and then the bedroom was connected. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed there from Thursday till Sunday. I am a local and I do staycations with my family. This property has two water slides, tennis court and gym. You should definitely check it out!!"

"We first checked in and Sabrina at the front desk helped us. We were informed that she is new and is training, well you wouldn't even be able to tell she is new. She was kind and professional. She answered all of our questions. She explained everything to us in words we understood. She was extremely patient. We were here a month ago, and the experience just checking in was completely different. Sabrina even checked in the following day to make sure we were fine and didnt need anything. My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary and she went above and beyond for us, which made our overall visit perfect. Thank you, Sabrina."
