"My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary with another four-day stay at the JW Marriott Palm Desert, from Thursday through Sunday, and once again, it reminded us exactly why we return every year. The exceptional service is truly second to none. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, Aileen Alvarado at the front desk made our anniversary celebration incredibly special. She greeted us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness, and throughout our entire stay she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail, welcoming personality, and commitment to outstanding guest service made us feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. Employees like Aileen are the reason guests become loyal customers. We did experience one small issue with our kids' bed, but the hotel responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. It's not the absence of problems that defines a great hotel it's how those problems are handled. The JW Marriott team exceeded our expectations with their prompt and caring response. One of the things we love most about this resort is that there's something for everyone in the family. The pool area is fantastic, the kids always have a blast in the arcade, and miniature golf provides even more fun for the whole family. There are also several excellent restaurants on the property, making it easy to enjoy a great meal without ever leaving the resort. I also had a wonderful time playing a round of golf on the beautiful course it was another highlight of our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Aileen Alvarado and the entire JW Marriott Palm Desert team for making another anniversary one we'll always remember. Your hospitality keeps us coming back year after year, and we are already looking forward to celebrating with you again next year. "I had an excellent stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff provided outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out. The restaurants, amenities, and overall atmosphere made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The location is also perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"CLEAN!!! First off we didn’t intend to stay here we were escaping another hotel that ended up being terrible and dirty, but we are so happy we ended up at the JW. We are now staying 5 nights and it’s been amazing. This hotel is so clean and so child friendly. When we first arrived to check in we were exhausted from having to pack and unpack and pack again after the other terrible experience. Once we were at the JW we were welcomed by staff with drinks and cookies. The lobby immediately smelled amazing and everything was just so easy and smooth. The front desk gave our baby a goodie bag and lots of waves and smiles. The room is again so clean and the bathroom is perfect for families or couples. When I saw the floor in the bathroom I was scared for a second because I thought there was blood in the bathroom, but it was just a trick of lighting and the tile lines, don’t worry the bathroom was spotless. The Rockwood restaurant has been such a go to on this trip and the breakfast buffet has been so worth it. As a frequent traveler to Hawaii this hotel definitely gives Hawaii vibes and on further reading it was actually designed by a man who designs hotels for Hawaii (no surprise there, it’s beautiful). I cannot say enough great things. Will definitely return when in need of a little relaxation."
