Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rancho Mirage - Palm Springs Area by IHG

"The staff were so incredibly nice and thoughtful! They went out of their way to get a room cleaned in time for an early check-in so we could get some rest before a busy evening. On top of that, they upgraded us to a suite and left a sweet treat in our room. They always had smiles on their faces and seemed genuinely excited to help us with anything. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We got a great nights sleep on their comfy mattresses. The only issue was that it seemed like the building is a little older so the walls/floors were a little thin, but not too bad."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were well-organized, with a separate work area and TV. There is also an additional TV in the bedroom. The rooms are equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good. The options were comparable to other hotels, and the taste and quality were excellent. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"I really have to commend the staff and amenities at this Holiday Inn property. We stayed here for Coachella. The staff was very well prepared for checking-in festival goers. They even had lineup posted on couple of areas of the lobby, The Hotel is also walking distance from Omni resorts which is where the festival runs the shuttles from. So the location is also very convenient too. Every staff member we interacted with had a smile on their face. The breakfast had plenty of options and the hours were extended for festival attendees during those days. The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained as well. We also received the turndown service every single day which was a pleasant surprise. If you're attending the festival, tennis tournament or just in the area for vacation, I highly recommend this hotel."
