Holiday Inn Express Palm Desert by IHG

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Palm Desert, and overall we had a really nice experience. The kids had a great time, and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. The pool could have used a little more cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our stay. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary breakfast. It was convenient and had a good variety to help us start our mornings before heading out for the day. Whenever I called the front desk for extra towels or toiletries, they brought them to our room quickly. The staff was always prompt, professional, and friendly. Free parking was another big plus, especially since many hotels charge extra. We also appreciated that there were no surprise resort fees or hidden charges, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, family-friendly, and in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Palm Desert"

"Stayed here for easy access to the Zoo and hiking trails near Palm Desert. Great hot breakfast with lots of seating options-inside and out. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet sleeping-far enough from road. Nice pool area with loungers-had it to ourself during the day. Speedy check-in and check-out. Would choose again!"
