"My review is based on the workers and their willingness to help the guest have a great stay. They are in the process of doing some updates. That being said, of you first end up with a very old sofa like I did, just let the front deck know. The room was very clean and the workers nice. There was plenty of options for their Continental breakfast. Though it can improve in flavor a little on the waffle batter, I appreciate the ability to decorate and add things on the waffles. They seem to go one step above the call of duties by adding fresh baked cookies and making coffee consistently available. Though several people enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was not really noisy. I was able to sleep with no problem. My only disappointment was the lack of items in our suite. For the kitchen the area no napkins, bowels, soap or utensils were available. I picked up a bowel from dollar tree and grabbed a few items from the dinning area down stairs. I was able to make it work."

"As a woman traveling alone, this hotel was heaven sent. Quiet, safe, clean, in fact all the things I was hoping for. I had left another hotel in the middle of the night because it was so awful. I was desperate to find something where I could get a good night's sleep and feel comfortable and safe. From the check in experience to the quiet, relaxing room, everything was just right. Kind of like Goldilocks. The room felt modern and had nice little extras. It was great to be able to control the room temperature from the thermostat on the wall. The large bottles of product in the shower were a pleasant surprise. The mattress was comfortable, and the desk clerk offered me a water before going up to my room. There's even a unique picture next to your room number, so if you forget your room number, like I always do, you will probably remember the picture associated with your room. There's a very nice breakfast area with a pretty decent complementary breakfast with hot and cold foods."

"Our AC stopped working and I had to find a spot for my daughter & dog to staycation at while our AC gets fixed. I was greeted warmly by Ms. Toya, she was very friendly & accommodating. She got us a room right away and check in was very easy and fast. I love that this location is right next to Starbucks & many other food places within walking distance. They are dog friendly so that is also a plus! I want to thank Ms. Toya for making sure we were taken care of and that our stay is comfortable."
