"I'm going to give a great review only because of how friendly and kind the employees have always been to me. When I got there my room wasn't on the first floor like I usually ask, but they quickly changed my room. I have disabilities and I'm injured right now, so I asked for a later checkout time last time. Housekeeping kept knocking on my door every two hours. I just wanted to get some rest on my vacation. That was last Thanksgiving. I went again, and the message was not given to the manager. Housekeeping knocked on my door again, then the manager called asking if I was staying later. I reiterated that I had already asked for a later checkout, but by then I was already in more pain and exhausted. The manager understood, apologized, and gave me credit. She was extremely understanding. I'm not going to make these two visits ruin what the previous employees worked so hard to do, so that's why I've given a perfect rating. Thank you!!"

"This is our first time staying at this location. Nate at the front desk was friendly and helpful and check in was seamless. We did not experience any issues and we would choose this location again. I rated the room at three stars because it felt a little stuffy, however, after adjusting the air temp the room was fine. The slider was also unlocked when we arrived. Normally, we do not check the slider, but after this experience, we will begin to do so. The door to the bathroom does not stay closed and it’s in the way of the sink area, so if someone is standing at the sink, the door would hit them."
