"I have worked with April since your company started with us. I cannot say enough nice things about her. I was on the board for her first year. She provided us with everything we needed to keep the community running well. She was always punctual, helpful, prepared, and knowledgeable. She did not hesitate to take on any necessary tasks. She completed them quickly and completely. April was always ready to provide information, contacts, and guidance, both to the board and to homeowners. When a homeowner needed work completed, problems fixed, or help planning a project, she was always available. And she did all of this with a smile on her face! April is a wonderful ambassador of Management Trust."
