Security Public Storage

"I had a great experience with the customer service at U-Haul, thanks to Monica. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain all my rental options, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident about the process. What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, she stayed calm and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, and she definitely went above and beyond. Because of her excellent service, I would absolutely recommend this location to others and will return for future rentals. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful task so easy!"

"Cecilia Cecilia was my customer service representative and she was very professional and very kind and I really appreciate everything that all the employees have done for me. My furniture has been in the storage for at least six months so thank you so much and if I ever have to use anyone again I will be sure to come back to security storage. Thank you."

"Security Public Storage has been an amazing experience, we needed a unit for our move across the country. Very clean, helpful and great customer service. Cecilia and Andrew were great, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend 100 percent of the time."
