Hayes Realty and Property Management

"Best decision ever! Mai, Josh and their team are honest, straightforward and knowledgeable. They understand the rental market, and know how to take care of your property and are experts in all legalities that go with taking care of tenant needs. Most importantly, they can be trusted. If you need peace of mind, I highly recommend Hayes realty."

"I highly recommend Hayes Realty. They have managed our family house for many years. They brought the most amazing tenants to the property that careffor it. Josh, Mai and everyone I ever spoke with in their office always was professional and got the job done! They have many years of experience in the industry and it shows! I’d say look no further if you need your property managed!"

"We were tenants with Hayes Realty last year and couldn’t have been happier. Mai and Josh were great to work with! My husband dealt with Josh in the initial showing appointment and paperwork. He said he was professional and we were able to move in quickly. I worked with Mai all year with emails for repairs, any needs and move out. She’s friendly and efficient. They always responded quickly to emails and calls which we appreciated as some were time sensitive needs. Upon move out they were easy to work with, meet with, and honest in their dealings. Thank you Hayes!"
