"As a property owner, I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. The team has been professional, responsive, and proactive from day one. They found qualified tenants quickly, handled the entire leasing process smoothly, and kept me informed every step of the way. What I appreciate most is Kristin’s attention to detail and commitment to protecting my investment. Any maintenance issues are addressed promptly, communication is excellent, and I have complete confidence that my property is being cared for as if it were their own. If you’re looking for a property management company that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend them. They have made owning rental property stress-free and have exceeded my expectations in every way."

"From the time I made contact with couples concierge service, I knew that they were kind knowledgeable and very professional. When we pulled in to the house, it was nothing but easy and fun. We had the best time the house was impeccably clean. Everything was beyond our expectations. I didn’t wanna leave. Kristin and Eric were available by telephone. Anytime I needed anything which wasn’t very often! Needless to say, we had a wonderful time thanks to Copple’s concierge service and in coming to the desert on a regular basis will do business with only them every time."

"If I could give Kristin & Eric more than five stars, I absolutely would. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both our property and our peace of mind set them apart from anyone else we've worked with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dedicated and trustworthy property managers!"
