"An absolutely amazing experience! Dropping in for a workout before heading out for the festival weekend, I was completely blown away by F45 Palm Springs. Sam is fantastic—so professional, cordial, and flexible. The studio is incredibly cute, meticulously clean, and has all the amenities you could ask for, including the added convenience of parking. I’ve trained at several locations, and this is hands down one of the best F45 studios I have ever visited. I can't recommend it enough!"

"Great experience at F45 Palm Springs! I was in town for a work conference and this was the perfect spot to get in a solid workout. Trainer Sam was accommodating and encouraging, which made it easy to jump right in, even as a drop-in. The space was clean, well-organized, and nicely cooled (huge plus in the Palm Springs heat). I also appreciated being able to grab a quick shower afterward (towel included!) before walking over to my conference at the Renaissance Hotel. Super convenient, efficient, and welcoming. Would definitely come back next time I’m in town."
