Christian and Shana Bailey - Chicago Title Insurance Company

"**Exceptional Service That Goes Above and Beyond** After purchasing numerous properties and working with dozens of title companies over the years, I can confidently say that the level of service I received from Chicago Title, specifically from Christian and Shana Bailey deserves the highest recognition. The work that title companies do often goes unnoticed, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience. On my most recent property purchase, we faced a critical deadline: the documents had to be recorded that day or we would have faced serious complications. When I brought this concern to Christian and Shana, their response was simply, “We will get it done, and take care of it.” At the time, I wasn’t entirely sure what that meant, but I soon discovered the extraordinary lengths they went to in order to fulfill that promise. Christian personally drove 100 miles yes, ONE HUNDRED MILES to reach the county recorder’s office before their 5pm deadline. This wasn’t just good customer service; this was genuine dedication to ensuring their client’s success. Their “can-do” attitude, exceptional responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile (literally) sets them apart from every other title company I’ve worked with. If you’re looking for a title company that treats your transaction with urgency and genuine care, I cannot recommend Chicago Title and this team highly enough. Christian and Shana Bailey exemplify what true client service looks like. Thank you both for your outstanding work!"

"Christian Bailey is simply outstanding. In an industry where details matter and responsiveness is everything, Christian goes above and beyond—every single time. His commitment to his clients is unmatched. He doesn’t just do the job; he anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and always makes sure every detail is handled with care and precision. Working with Christian is like having a trusted partner in your corner. He brings professionalism, warmth, and a level of service that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and consistently delivers, Christian is your guy. Highly recommend."

"I’ve been a real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in the greater Palm Springs area for over 25 years, and in that time I’ve worked with many title companies. I can say with absolute confidence that Christen and Shana Bailey with Chicago Title stand above the rest. They go above and beyond on every transaction — doing whatever it takes to get a deal successfully to the finish line. I’ve personally seen them drive contracts across town when curriers were unavailable to expedite closings and even head to the Riverside County Recorder’s office themselves to ensure a home recorded on a Friday so a family with their dogs, cat and children could move in their new home and avoid a weekend in a hotel with their moving trucks. With the Baileys as your title reps, superior service isn’t the exception — it’s the standard. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for clients make them the best in the business. – Debbie Toohey Pinnacle Realty Advisors"
